Cancellation of Orders
For returns and refunds, call 021 476 433 Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Products must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Defective merchandise will be handled according to the warranty terms. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please repackage the product and all accessories that accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials. Returned products with missing accessories will not be accepted. i-Power charges a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged return items.
Please note that the majority of orders are dispatched within a few hours of ordering so to cancel an order we need to hear from you as soon as possible.
Orders will be cancelled if we cannot supply the item required and a full refund will be issued.
iPower reserves the right not to accept an order and a full refund will be issued.
Return of Products purchased from this web site. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser through the payment Authority where the original purchase was made.
Where the Products are faulty or damaged we will either replace the products or repair the product under our guarantee.
All Products returned must be returned in their original unused condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the Products.
Where the Products arrived damaged by the delivery company, immediately contact the delivery company. Within 24 hours email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the nature of the damage.

Guarantees For one year from the date of purchase, when installed, operated and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, iPower will replace or repair the defective product or parts to correct defects in materials or workmanship.
iPower will not pay for:
Service calls to correct the installation of any Gladiator GarageWorks products or to instruct you on how to use or install them.
Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of products, or products damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification or mishandling.
Shipping or freight fees to return defective products.
Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other than normal, single-family household use, such as a commercial environment or handled in any way inconsistent with the installation instructions included with the product.
Cosmetic damage including scratches, dings, dents or cracks that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product.
Any labour costs during the limited warranty period.
Damage resulting from improper loading beyond the specified maximum weight capacity outlined in the assembly instructions provided with the product, including overloading of hooks, baskets, shelves, cabinets, and other Gladiator accessories used with the product.
Surfaces damaged due to chemical interaction resulting in corrosion of paint or metal.
Replacement keys or locking mechanism.
Loss of product contents due to theft, fire, flood, accident or acts of God
How much does it cost to ship Gladiator® products? Our products are tough and durable, and most are heavy. That’s why we do our best to offer reasonable shipping rates for those who shop Gladiator products on our site using a variety of delivery methods and agents. Prices are based on weight and region and will be calculated at the checkout.
iPower ships and delivers Nationwide. Most Small Package shipments will be received within 4-8 business days. Larger order shipments will be received within 4 – 14 business days. i-Power will notify you if this is not the case and offer either a full refund or an agreed delivery date.
